Our Mission
We challenge systemic gender inequalities in health through research, advocacy, and social action, by shaping policies and practices that create lasting, equitable change
Through our work, we support researchers, advocates, civil society organizations, and health practitioners to understand, navigate, and respond to resistance to gender equality in health systems and policy.

Policy and Programme Analysis
Analysing policies and healthcare programmes through a gender lens and gathering information on how they impact women differentially
Evidence Synthesis
Gathering data through qualitative methods such a Key Informant Interviews and Focus Group Discussions to inform policy decisions
Social Action Projects
Intersectoral and interdisciplinary collaboration on an initiative for gender-transformation in the health systems, starting from changing the beliefs and power structures within communities and among stakeholders
Engagement
Hosting discussion forums to encourage thoughtful, evidence-informed dialogue among researchers, practitioners, activists, and policymakers
Training and Mobilisation
Training through workshops, seminars, and toolkits on the basics of gnder equality, intersectionality in health, gender mainstreaming in healthcare and women empowerment
